We all love our high end makeup products, what we don’t love is the beating our wallet takes at the checkout counter of Sephora or Ulta. So it is extremely hard for me to justify spending $30-50 on one item, when I could have purchased 5 items for that price. Thankfully, no matter what that high end product is that you are obsessed with, there is likely a dupe for it. Here are just a few of the great dupe alternatives out there!
Becca Backlight Priming Filter $39 SHOP HERE
Of all the primers I’ve purchased over the years, this is still my favorite. I love the radiant glow it gives my skin, and have often worn it without any foundation at all! It evens out my skin, leaving a flawless finish.
Physicians Formula Spotlight Illuminating Primer $11.99 SHOP HERE
Not only is the packaging eerily similar, so is the formula! The illuminating primer does just that, brightens your skin. So if you are looking for that same radiant glow under your foundation as you get with the Becca, definitely give this a go.
Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation $31 SHOP HERE
When I am in need of a buildable full coverage foundation, I always reach for this one. It’s definitely more of a matte finish, which I don’t typically prefer, but I do love how it’s not cakey, but still longwear and conceals my pores.
Revlon Colorstay Foundation $10 SHOP HERE
This foundation claims all the same benefits as the Mac, and it also has a range for normal/dry skin as well as combo/oil skin! So there is something for everyone.
Tarte Shape Tape Concealer $27 SHOP HERE
A cult favorite that most of us use or have used, it’s hard to beat the Tarte Shape Tape formula. This will eliminate even the darkest circles, and is virtually crease free.
Elf Camo Concealer $5 SHOP HERE
This is a great dupe for the shape tape, and has that same thick consistency. For the price point, you just can’t beat it!
Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder $39 SHOP HERE
This is by far one of the most popular, if not the most popular setting powders on the market. It’s super lightweight formula doesn’t add any heaviness to your face, and it has great oil control throughout the day.
Maybelline Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder $5 SHOP HERE
This product has often been talked about as being one of the best dupes for the Laura Mercier powder. It also had a wide range of shades, which is always an added bonus for a drugstore product.
Nars Blush $30 SHOP HERE
The nars blush in the shade “orgasm x” is another cult favorite among makeup artists and YouTubers alike. The rich coral shade looks good on an array of skin tones, and the gold flecks add a beautiful shine.
Wet n Wild Pearlescent Pink $3 SHOP HERE
Wet n Wild always comes through with the great and affordable dupes. This blush has the same shimmery flecks as the orgasm blush, but for only $3!
Hoola Bronzer $30 SHOP HERE
Good quality matte bronzers are hard to come by nowadays, as many either apply patchy, or still have a bit of shimmer to them. Benefit has definitely perfected their matte bronzer game with the Hoola bronzer, making it one of the top selling bronzers in the high end category.
NYX Matte Bronzer $7 SHOP HERE
NYX makes some of the best matte drugstore bronzers, and are very comparable to the Hoola bronzer. They also have a similar shade range as the Hoola, so it’s easy to find your match.
Charlotte Tilbury Bar of Gold Highlighter Palette $58 ($42 for individual) SHOP HERE
CT is known for their high quality (and high price point) cosmetics, the highlighters being no different. You can purchase the Bar of Gold as a palette or as individual highlighters. Either way, they are still up there in price.
Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter $8 SHOP HERE
This highlighter is often raved about, and it’s not hard to see why. It possesses that same metallic glow as many of the higher end highlighters do, but at a super affordable drugstore price. At only $8, you are still left with that brilliant, if not blinding sheen.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade $21 SHOP HERE
I use this brow pomade religiously and it’s a fantastic product. However you can get virtually the same results with NYX Tame and Frame brow pomade for a fraction of the price!
